Magnetic Separatoris designated for wet magnetic separating of material with granularity below 3mm,such as magnetite, pyrrhotine, roasted ore and washingtonite. It can also be used for deironing of coal,nonmetal materials, building materials, etc.
Application of magnetic separator
1.The magnetic system of magnetic separator is made of compound materials composed of high grade
ferrite materials and rare earth alnico.
2.The average magnetic induction of the drum surface is 100-600mt. Different type of magnetic separationas forward flow, semi-counter flow and counter flow can be provided according to customers demands.
Stucture of magnetic separator
The wet permanent magnetic drum magnetic separator mainly contains drum, roller, brush roller, magnetic department, tub, transmission . The drum is rolled and welded through 2-3mm corrosion resistant plate, The end cover is cast aluminum or workpiece, connect with stainless screw and drum.
