Calcite Mine Crushing Production Line:
The whole production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electric control, etc. We design different production lines ranging 50 t/h to 500 t/h by combining different models of equipment which can match cone crusher, dedusting etc
The big stones in the stone production line are coarsely crushed in the jaw crusher sent by the vibrating feeders through the bunker evenly. The coarsely crushed stones are sent to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing.
Descriptions
Mobile trommel washing plant is composed by hopper, trommel, chassis, tires, turntable, generator, water pump, gearing, control panel and gold recovery sluice. The mobile trommel screen is a optimized removable platform for gold recovery, applicable to small or medium scale of placer gold ore processing that need mobile operation.

This production line is suitable for crusher granite,basallt,cobble,bauxite,cement clinker,quartz,silicon carbide,mine,iron ore etc.,which tackles the problems of the traditional sand making equipments that only can crush the soft rock less than 150MPa.
