The structure characteristic of calcination kiln for cement production line:
1. The calcination kiln for cement production line shell design fully take into consideration of the corner at shell flexible supporting to extend the lifetime of refractory bricks and castings.
2. Adopt supporting roller bearing with big diameter and small ratio between length and diameter to improve the reliability. The bearing is automatic self-sligning bearing.
1. Materials are sent to hopper of rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator.
2. Materials enter the barrel installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together.
3. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating.
