Rotary dryer application:
Rotary dryer is widely used for drying materials in the industries of cemet, mine, contruction, chemical, food, compoud fertilizer, etc. Feeding and discharging unit is installed with thermocouple to control drier temperature. The temperature change of drier's feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner drier temperature ( generally 250-350°C)
Features of small sawdust dryer
(1) It is the indirect type rotary dryer, there are 31 pipes in it, hot air enter pipes directly.
(2) Hot air in the pipes, biomass materials outside, so biomass materials can avoid be ignited.
(3) Indirect heating source prevent raw materials pollute by smoke and dust.
(4) Special design can make hot air circulate in rotary drum body, and shorten drying time.
